The home/body™ app offers tools, usable information, and practical tips for building an in-the-moment stress management practice. Because the stress response prepares you to take action (to fight or run away), home/body™ is built as a customized, action-oriented companion. home/body is built for you to use at work, home, school, in transit, and throughout your day.

The version of the home/body™ App made specifically for dancers will soon be available. Versions for other populations will follow close behind.

Grounded is a seven-part series of short films that focus on managing stress. As both stand-alone films and as part of the home/body app for iPhone and iPad, Grounded helps viewers to navigate a range of physical symptoms of stress by building a practical relationship with their bodies.
